This is the parent page for example Transformative Curriculum Leadership plans developed by educators.

Our group is discussing and preparing a leadership plan, which we will use on a general level for all of our situations.  We will begin with getting to know ourselves, both personally and professionally, a process that will most likely take a large amount of time.  We will formulate and answer questions about our beliefs and goals for ourselves, for our students, and for public education.  By using reflective inquiry and being each other’s “critical friends” during the designing of the leadership plan, we will have actually begun our individual journeys.

The second part of our venture will involve taking a critical look at our practices in the classroom.  We will use the modes of inquiry to formulate questions about the six decision-making processes and describe how we, as a group, envision them with reference to 3S understanding.

The third step of our leadership plan will involve a discussion of how, in general, we can set out to motivate others.  We will discuss who our stakeholders are and how to educate them in such a way that they are inspired to elevate their own judgments about education.

In the second section of our leadership plan, each of us will address his/her own specific journey of becoming a curriculum leader.  We will each write a currere narrative, as well as address how our plan from Part 1 will work specifically in our own context.  We will individually answer the questions that we pose as a group and personalize the design to fit our own school and situation.
